Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms of Use define the basic conditions and procedures for the use of the internet services (the “Service”) provided by SHDR (the “Company”) through its website (the “Website”).
By accessing or using this Website, users agree to comply with these Terms.
These Terms shall become effective once they are posted on the Website or otherwise notified to users.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any revised Terms shall become effective once they are published on the Website.
Continued use of the Website after such modification shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.
Member
An individual or organization that has entered into a service agreement with the Company or has been granted a user account.
Applicant
An individual or organization applying for membership.
Account (ID)
A combination of letters and/or numbers approved by the Company and used to identify a Member.
Password
A combination of characters chosen by the Member to verify identity and protect account security.
Termination
The cancellation of the service agreement by either the Company or the Member.
Clicking the “Agree” button for these Terms shall be deemed as consent to these Terms.
The service agreement shall be established when the Company approves the application submitted by a user after agreeing to these Terms.
To use the Service, the applicant must submit the required user information through the registration form provided on the Website.
All information provided in the registration form shall be considered accurate and truthful.
Users who provide false information or fail to provide real information may be restricted from using the Service and may not receive legal protection.
The Company shall approve service applications except in the cases described below.
The Company may postpone approval of an application in the following circumstances:
When service infrastructure is insufficient
When technical issues prevent approval
When the Company determines that approval needs to be delayed for operational reasons
The Company may reject an application in the following cases:
When applying under another person’s name
When false information is provided
When the purpose of the application violates public order or morals
When the application does not meet the requirements set by the Company
Members must update their account information if any changes occur.
Members shall be responsible for any issues resulting from failure to update such information.
The Company may provide the following services to Members:
Newsletters regarding new services and updates
Automatic entry of personal information for additional service registrations
Various additional services related to account management
The Company shall not disclose or distribute members’ personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases:
When required by law
When requested by investigative authorities
When required by applicable regulations
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to provide the Service in a stable and continuous manner.
Members shall not engage in the following activities:
Unauthorized use of another member’s account
Copying or distributing information obtained through the Service without permission
Infringing intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
Distributing information that violates public order or morality
Conducting activities related to criminal acts
Violating applicable laws or regulations
Members must comply with these Terms and all guidelines provided by the Company.
Members are responsible for managing their account ID and password.
Any damage resulting from negligence in managing account credentials shall be the responsibility of the Member.
If a Member becomes aware of unauthorized use of their account, they must immediately notify the Company.
The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in cases such as:
Natural disasters
National emergencies
Technical failures
Force majeure events
When such restriction occurs, the Company will notify users of the reason and duration where reasonably possible.
Members may update their personal information through the account management section of the Website.
Members may terminate their service agreement at any time by requesting account cancellation through the Website or other available communication channels.
The Company may terminate or suspend a Member’s account if the Member violates these Terms.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from a user’s failure to obtain expected benefits from the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by the user or third parties.
The Company shall not be responsible for content posted or transmitted by Members.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
These Terms shall come into effect on [02 27, 2026].
